Learn the fast checks for a non-spinning microwave turntable—tray alignment, drive coupler, and motor.


Tray & Roller Ring Alignment


Make sure the roller ring is seated and the tray hub fits the coupler.


Clean Crumbs Under the Ring


Debris jams movement; wipe the cavity floor.


Drive Coupler & Motor


If aligned and clean but still stuck, the coupler or motor may be worn
